This program is a six-week deep dive through which you'll be guided through assessing your current member experience and redesigning the parts that need some improvement. The goal is to plan out an exceptional member experience for your association, trade group or membership-based nonprofit.

The strategies and approaches covered in this program are intentionally crafted to be practical and affordable for organizations that operate with a solo leader, or small team.
