Since 2005, our team has been a secret weapon behind-the-scenes for our clients. In fact, most people assume that we're sitting inside an office directly at the client's site, but we're actually sprinkled across the US, using our talents to support many small to mid-sized membership-based organizations.

Everything we do is directed toward helping our clients reach their goals faster. We relieve you of the need to recruit, hire, train, house and equip staff. 

Instead, our experienced team steps in to handle: 

  • member services
  • conferences and event planning
  • digital marketing
  • project management
  • membership site set-up or redesign
  • committee coordination
  • board packets
  • set-up of non-dues revenue resources like product sales
  • and more

The possibilities are only limited by our imaginations.  HOWEVER, we only work with a very limited number of clients in this capacity. We prefer to work with fewer clients in stable long-term relationships. In fact, our very first client continues to be a client still today. 

We do occasionally support one-time projects that are of a larger size, but we don't work a la carte hourly.
